If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us at hello@bumble-bees.com with the details of the product and the fault. Remember to include your order details.  We will supply a return address via email.

Upon the receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 5-7 working days whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, within 5-10 working days. Please note that your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as we do not reimburse return costs.
